About
Some background on me: I’m 18 and have lived with my aunt and uncle since my mother died four years ago. I’m queer, in all sense of the word, and spend most of my time lost in my thoughts.
I have chronic (and treatment-resistant) depression, generalized anxiety disorder, depersonalization, and have been diagnosed with both EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified) and bulimia depending on my current behaviors/weight and what not. While I’ve had these illnesses since middle school, the last two years have been particularly hard. I had to leave my boarding school in winter 2010 on a medical leave, and three hospitalizations last year prevented me from returning for my senior year.
I consider myself a reader, writer, and thinker, and my academics are very important to me. In the fall I am heading off to college to study psychology and biology.
